 With over 25 years of experience in the sports industry, Kathleen held various roles with Major League Baseball in the Office of the Commissioner. She was named Executive Vice President of Finance in 2015 and her duties in that capacity included overseeing the league’s financial reporting strategy and processes, finance and treasury matters, accounting and compliance operations and the insurance and risk management program. Throughout her career with MLB she also provided financial support to various Ownership Committees governing strategy around Labor Relations; Business and Media; International Development; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Ticketing; Charities and Community Relations; Ballpark and Cyber Security; and Government Relations. Prior to joining MLB, Kathleen spent four years in the Audit and Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, servicing clients in the media and entertainment, not for profit and manufacturing industries. She holds a BS in Accounting from Manhattan College where she was a four-year member and captain of their Division 1 women’s volleyball and track and field teams. Kathleen is married with two teenage children and an active member of several community and sports finance boards and initiatives as well as several professional women’s foundations.
