Dr. Feigley retired at the end of 2020.

At Rutgers, Dr. Feigley serves as the Academic Chair of the Global Sport Business M.S. Program. He is also a faculty member in the Masters, Business and Science Programs and the Ph.D. Program in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology.

He served as chair of the undergraduate program in Exercise Science and Sport Studies for 17 years (1995-2012). He earned his doctorate in Psychobiology and his current work in sport psychology focuses primarily on developing healthy organized sports programs for children and youth.

His published works have focused on psychological burnout in young elite athletes and coping with fear in high risk sports. He is the founder and former director of the Rutgers Youth Sport Research Council which has trained more than 300,000 volunteer youth sports coaches in New Jersey alone, providing them with civil immunity according to NJ state law. It is a law which he helped strengthen with six amendments in 1988. The Sports Council’s primary mission under Dr. Feigley’s Leadership is to provide adults who work with children with information on child development within the context organized youth sports.

He currently teaches courses in Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Statistics for Exercise Science at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He was previously named College/University Teacher of the Year by the Eastern District Association of the Society for Heath and Physical Education (SHAPE) and in 2014 received Rutgers’ Presidential Award for Distinguished Contributions to Undergraduate Education.

He was the Owner/Director of Feigley’s School of Gymnastics Inc. for more than 30 years where his teams competed nationally and internationally regularly earning Top 10 national ranking in the private club competitions. He served as the Elite Development Director for Region VII of USA Gymnastics from during the 1980s.

Sammy Steinlight is a 20-year veteran in the public relations industry. Having spent over 12 years in the Communications Department at Madison Square Garden, he held the title of Vice President, Sports Team Publicity - Knicks, Rangers, Liberty and the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

While at The Garden, he was instrumental in various successful publicity campaigns resulting in national media attention as well as many major news press conferences and media events while at Madison Square Garden. Steinlight also performed extensive media training exercises with various professional athletes and high-level executives.

Established in 2011, Steinlight Media, LLC has helped raise the profile for companies and brands which include New York Red Bulls, Ford Motor Company, Pro Football Hall of Fame, DraftKings, 16W Marketing, Asbury Park Music & Film Festival, JAG Physical Therapy, four-time Olympian Joetta Clark Diggs and many more.

Additionally, Steinlight has recently delivered successful publicity campaigns for releases of best-selling books: Battle on the Hudson, Rolling Stones 50 Licks and Soccer Injury Prevention and Treatment.

Steinlight Media was awarded a JASPER Award for best Public Relations campaign at the 2015 Jersey Shore Public Relations & Advertising Association annual reception. He also received the Metro Sports Reporters Association “Good Guy Award”, chosen from a pool of New York team sports public relations candidates.

Steinlight serves on the Board of Trustees for Fulfill, formerly The FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties.

Sammy, wife Jennifer, son Spencer and daughter Sadie reside in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

An Associate Director and faculty member in the Rutgers University Global Sports Business MS Program, Art Berke also is a professor in the Rutgers undergraduate sports management program after serving in key roles at the highest levels of the sports industry with Major League Baseball, ABC Sports and Sports Illustrated.

In addition to his roles at Rutgers, Berke writes for the official Chicago White Sox blog and is an editor and writer for all Sox publications.

For nearly 20 years Berke was the Director and ultimately Vice President of Communications for the Sports Illustrated franchise, responsible for all public relations, publicity and charity/community activities. Berke's duties at Sports Illustrated were wide-ranging. He had communications oversight for SI, SI.com and SI Kids and served as the franchise's chief spokesman. He also was in charge of the day-to-day publicity and the promotional strategy behind a variety of special events.

In addition to his communications duties, Berke was the Senior Production Executive for three SI-branded network primetime specials--20th Century Sports Awards (CBS), Sportsman of the Year 2000 (CBS) and Night of Champions (NBC)--as well as Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year Show 2002 (Fox), an afternoon telecast. He also was SI's Executive in Charge of Television for four TV specials that served as the companion to SI's annual Swimsuit issue.

Prior to joining SI, Berke served as Director of Sports and Prime Time Sales Development for the ABC Television Network; was the primary publicist for such ABC Sports series as "Wide World of Sports," "Monday Night Football," and Howard Cosell's "SportsBeat"; and was Associate Director of Information in the office of Baseball Commissioner Bowie Kuhn, where he was also the editor of the Official World Series Program. He has authored five books on sports and was the editor-in-chief of an award-winning sports encyclopedia for children.

A graduate of Indiana University, Berke also has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center, was a Managing Partner at Diamond Sports Careers and taught sports public relations at New York University.
