The mission of the Rutgers University Global Sports Business (GSB) M.S. Program is to prepare ethical, analytically skilled professionals to lead the global sport industry. By merging Rutgers’ traditional strengths in finance, marketing, management, and law with a forward-looking focus on data intelligence and institutional integrity, we train executives capable of navigating rapid technological change, complex commercial ecosystems, and the rising demand for transparency.

Today, we build upon that foundation. We equip our cohorts with the strategic business intelligence and ethical frameworks required to manage the modern realities of sport, from NIL commercialization and labor systems to global governance and revenue creation.
