Our industry instructors work one-on-one with Rutgers full-time faculty partners to engineer courses using evidence-backed pedagogical frameworks. This collaborative process is trained and supervised under the guidance of Dr. Tracie Addy and the Rutgers Institute for Teaching, Innovation, & Inclusive Pedagogy (TIIP). Through TIIP’s Course Design Mentorship program, our faculty partners are formally trained in instructional consultation, backward design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and accessibility. By bridging industry insights with these advanced pedagogical standards, our faculty partners guarantee that every GSB course is structurally sound, highly engaging, and optimized to maximize student learning outcomes.
