A Unified Journey to Executive Leadership

The Global Sports Business (GSB) program operates on a single-intake, year-round schedule. By bringing students in as a single, unified cohort, we foster an environment of intense collaboration, peer mentorship, and shared professional growth.

You and your cohort will progress through the five-semester curriculum arc sequentially. Completing the master's degree takes approximately 20 months of continuous, year-round study.

Class Format & Timing

  • Evening Seminars: Core in-person classes are scheduled during the evenings to allow professionals to maintain their daytime career commitments.
  • Hybrid Delivery: The schedule is optimized with a blend of in-person classroom instruction and dynamic online modules, ensuring maximum flexibility without sacrificing peer-to-peer engagement.

Five-Semester Pathway

  • Semester 1: Foundations of Sport Organizations
  • Semester 2: Revenue, Labor, and Value Creation
  • Semester 3: Administration, Facilities, and Issues in Sport
  • Semester 4: Media and Strategy Leadership
  • Semester 5: The Executive Residency (Capstone)

Executive Residency Timeline

Your final semester is entirely dedicated to the Executive Residency. Because this is a project-based "Residency-as-Lab" rather than a traditional class schedule, your hours during this final term will be dictated by the specific needs of your industry partner and your applied project deliverables.
